- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I typically don't write online reviews for services or goods that I buy but I feel the need to write one when I visited this state farm agency. I was approached by Lori, the office manager. She is a very nice and patient lady. She was able to help me get a hold of the other driver's insurance company and help set me up with a rental car knowing that I have work the next morning and in serious need of reliable transportation. Did I mention that she went past her office closing time to make sure I get a hold of a rental car before she leave the office?
